There is also a heavy duty futon in the living room. Please have mail delivered to the door and not the PO Box.

The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located onsite, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a pool, fitness center, business center, and dog park.

Location was very close to restaurants and shopping. Good communication with owner. The beds were very comfortable and had nice bedding. Loved that we could have our dogs. It was nice to have coffee supplies and laundry detergent available. When an issue with the wifi came up the owner was quick to address our needs. The location is easy to find, has plenty of parking and the yard is very big. The yard is not secure for dogs to be left unsupervised but they have plenty of room to run.

Clint was an awesome host. He was attentive and responsive to all our concerns and questions. The home was very nice and well cared for and welcoming to us. Nice covered patio and fenced backyard for our little dogs and our small grandson who loved the swing set and slide. I would highly recommend this home and will hopefully book again in the future when we travel to Wichita Falls. Thanks Clint for a very enjoyable stay.

Loft was just as explained in the description. Right across from the park & in the evening taco stands were out. We ate at Norteño tacos in the park & it was delicious. This was a last minute stay & the host was super responsive.
