Nice CLEAN close to I26 downtown Newberry quiet

NO CATS! We manage and clean our home personally. It is a newer , super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. About 4 mile to get on I-26 . easy to get to, off 176 on a nicely paved dead end road ,right near Sumter National Forest. There are beautiful country roads to ride bikes!! We are not fancy but we are super clean, and super comfortable, with everything you need. NO CATS , ALL DOGS MUST BE APPROVED !!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy reading, boating, swimming and beautiful views of Lake Murray. If you have a pet there is tons of space for them to run around and even go swimming in the lake. The location is a bit remote, so it is super quiet and serene. There is a gas station, Dollar General, and restaurants 5 minutes away. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.

Our simple, unique (octagonal) cottage is ready for you to enjoy as you take in the serenity of Lake Murray! Have a meal on the spacious deck, go swimming/fishing from the dock, or just relax and observe the many fish, turtles and birds that live in this quiet cove. Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Siesta Cove is the next cove over and has a general store and gas pumps for your boat.

You can sit on the dock & watch the sun set or take your boat out just a few hundred yards to watch the sun rise. This location is great for swimming & a dock is available so you can bring your boat. Unique rustic cabin on a quiet cove of Lake Murray, a 500,000 acre lake in central South Carolina, perfect for fishing and all water sports. The cabin will sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 3-4 children. The top loft bunk might be a bit claustrophobic for an adult. The doorways upstairs are low clearance, can be a head bumping hazard for anyone over 5'10 or so. Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided.
