Beach block condominium in the heart of Sea Isle City! A stones throw from hot spots and within one block from several pizza places, ice cream, a nail salon and WAWA for your morning coffee. THREE large bedrooms, fireplace for off season warmth. Great year round! Our unit is in close proximity to year round owners and families. This condo is NOT to be rented for parties. NO GROUPS allowed per condo association policy. If you rent under false pretenses you will be told to leave with no refund.

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Mullica River Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This bright and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
