BenJohn was super responsive and provided transportation to the condo via one of his drivers. Driver was very helpful and took us directly to the condo from the airport. Condo is in a great location and taxi or grab service was easy to access at any time. Condo was super clean and snacks were provided was a nice touch. I highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in iloilo. It is centrally located and transportation via taxi or grab was always available.

Thank you Homescapes for your hospitality! We had everything we needed! The location of the building is very convenient for getting to the city center. There is also a small cafe downstairs. My child really enjoys the garden and the pool on the second floor. The mini golf next to the complex requires personal equipment, so we were not able to play. The view from the balcony is very peaceful, they also have outdoor areas on each floor if you want to breathe fresh air and admire the city from above. When we arrived, the hot water was turned off and we could not figure out how to turn it on, but Homescapes sent us a technician within 5 minutes of contacting them and he turned on the water heater. Our flight was quite late and the owners allowed us to stay in the unit a little longer for an additional fee.

We felt really comfortable in this place. Whenever we feel tired after the trip, we always want to go back to the unit to relax. The host is very responsive and generous. This is really worth the money.

Casa Calma was above and beyond what we expected we spent 3 weeks there and it was perfect. we will be returning next year. The views from there must be the best in Boracay and the staff so helpful.

Mein Aufenthalt in Alexanders Apartment in Iloilo war fantastisch! Die Lage ist perfekt - mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Apartment selbst ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und bietet alle nötigen Annehmlichkeiten. Alexander war ein toller Gastgeber, der sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert hat. Insgesamt kann ich das Apartment jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Iloilo sucht. Vielen Dank Alexander, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Highly recommended. The place is very clean. Host gives a very clear instruction on how to self check-in. What I liked most about the place is the neighborhood. Walking distance to river esplanade, Molo Mansion and Sunset Boulevard. Would definitely recommend to thise who wish to visit Iloilo City.

Great location and hosts! Received clear instructions to get the key from their lockbox and I was in the unit with no problem. The location is great – near Robinsons Bacolod. I also walked to coffee shops (Dozy Coffee) every morning. The Watsons pharmacy is also walkable. I specifically chose this spot since it's near BC Martial, a jiu jitsu gym I was visiting. The hosts were also very responsive. I had some trouble with the internet at first, but after a quick message, it was all fixed! The internet was fast enough for both my phone and laptop work, and the wifi connection was solid throughout my stay. Spent a solid 3 nights there with no problems. This is in the newer Sitari condominium, so the facilities were great. There's also a Korean convenience store on the ground floor of the building, in addition to Buttery, a pastry and coffee shop. Will most definitely try to stay here during my next trip to Bacolod!

It was our second time staying with Ryan. Was able to check in a bit early to drop off our luggage. Love the area as it’s walkable to Festive Walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and near to the transport hub, which made commuting very convenient. It’s a nice and comfortable place overall. Would gladly stay here again.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

Great place! Clean, peaceful, and really spacious. The access to the beach is a bonus too. The caretaker is very helpful. The welcome tray of fresh fruits is such a sweet gesture. Amazing host!

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.
