This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

We have a self contained Unit which has two Queen sized bedrooms with it's own bathroom, living area has a double sofa bed with a kitchenette (which has fridge, microwave, bench top conventional oven, Air fryer, Induction hot plate, fry pan, pots and pans, sandwich press, rice cooker, jug and toaster and BBQ). Great for business travellers or holiday guests. Unit is very private and easy parking and close to Auckland City and all motorways.

Hadlow is the newest community in Grey Lynn, Auckland, close to the zoo, Sky Tower, and University of Auckland. It has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. This is an independent townhouse with two floors. Upstairs are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs are the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small outdoor garden. It is very convenient and free to use independently.
