In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Right in front of the house the car can be parked, from where you can reach the separate entrance directly via a beautiful staircase. The covered, south-facing terrace connects directly to the apartment and has access to the garden.
