Great place and just as described. Perfect location with anything you need within a few minutes drive.

Our group of pickleball friends had a fantastic long weekend at Cynthia’s! We visited so many pickleball courts nearby, and mid-day we cooled down and relaxed by the pool. Cynthia’s home was the perfect place for us, very spacious, super comfortable and very accessible to all kind of eateries and activities. It was a plus that each room had direct access to the backyard, so we can all come and go outside however we pleased without disrupting the rest of the group, especially our friend who was sleeping in the pull-out couch. He said it was a comfy one too! Thank you, Cynthia, for making us feel so welcome!

We stayed for 2 nights only, wish it was a longer stay. House is beautiful and very roomy, plenty of space for my family of 8. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Convenient location, close to a lot of restaurants, fast foods, drug stores, etc.

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

This place was absolutely perfect for our family to stay at. It was very comfortable, relaxing, clean & just had everything we needed with our favorite part being the pool. Serguei was very accommodating when I asked if we could check in early due to the time our flight landed. The neighborhood was quiet and private and we definitely felt right at home here. We truly could not have found a better place to stay for our family trip to Sacramento! Thank you so much!!

Ryker was very responsive with clear instructions. House was exactly as listed. Backyard sitting area were fantastic. This house was welcoming with nice coffee and snacks. Good location with only ~10 minutes drive to the downtown. Highly recommended.

Anya's place is exactly as described - it's spacious, really nicely decorated, in a cute neighborhood, close to the river, and has everything you need. I would definitely stay again. One caution for light sleepers: there are train tracks just a block away, and the first night the train woke me up a few times. Earplugs saved me the second night and I slept great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pavel’s historic home in West Sacramento! The space was cozy, spotless, and simply yet thoughtfully decorated. While we didn’t get a chance to visit the park across the street, it looked well maintained and very family-friendly. All the amenities were exactly as described, and the location was ideal—just a quick trip to Old Sac and Sutter Health Field, where we attended an Athletics game. Pavel was a great host—communication was prompt, and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We highly recommend this stay and would definitely book again!

The Nihao home was perfect for our event held at Discovery Park (NorCal CrossFit Classic). It was a quick 7 minute drive. There is a beautiful development called The Rivers, right beside this home that was perfect and safe for walking and running. The home was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the right amount of kitchen utensils, pans, glassware, etc. Again, the kitchen was uncluttered, pristine clean and we felt great about using it. It was a nice perk to have Netflix and some other TV options connected and available. The washer and dryer was an additional plus. We were totally happy with our choice of Nihao Home.

This home was perfect for our group trip. It has great amenities. It has all the tools you need for cooking inlcuding spices. Backyard was great, we had the chance of eating breakfast outside. Bedrooms were great, all rooms were really spacious. Parking was really accessible perfect for two vehicles. We went to a concert being held at the Golden Center and this location was perfect since it was only 7-minutes away. We had a great stay at this location, if we have a chance of coming out here to Sacramento again, we would definitely book here again.

Host was great! Only thing was that you can't put the A/C under 72 or the system freezes. Otherwise, super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to a lot of places and beautiful trees everywhere! Great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Secret Garden Duplex in Sacramento’s charming Curtis Park neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the fragrant jasmine blooming around the archway and lush, beautifully maintained landscaping that made the whole property feel like a peaceful retreat. The interior of the home was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully appointed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the comfortable living space and well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare a picnic dinner that we enjoyed outside in the garden with a bottle of wine. The outdoor garden area was a highlight—peaceful, colorful, and full of blooming flowers. We loved spending time there and taking in the lovely surroundings. We also took daily walks through the neighborhood, admiring the manicured yards, incredible plants, and charming homes that make Curtis Park such a special area. Highly recommend!

Spacious unit in a quiet cul-de-sac. Our host, Alice, was friendly and responsive when needed. A parking spot in the driveway was always available for us. The duplex is located 15 minutes from the State Capitol, yet it was very peaceful and private. We walked to a local park near the river. It had a dirt track where we ran/walked. There were plenty of closets and table tops to keep our stuff. We felt at home! I recommend a stay here.

Wonderful place to stay. We were here for a graduation at UC Davis and it was the perfect location. Very quiet neighborhood. House was beautiful and clean.

This was a beautiful home and my family couldn’t stop raving about how great it was to be in such a beautiful home together. The property was immaculate, plenty of sleeping arrangements with extra pillows, linens, towels, etc. Beds were comfortable. Board games were provided. I have no negative things to say. It was a wonderful home!

Good for big families or baseball games as Sutter Health stadium is a 10-15min walk away. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. It’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good restaurants around as well. It’s not going to have a lot of outdoor amenities at the property but it’ll have ample parking and the living space is great. Would recommend.
