Such a beautiful place! So much to walk to and had great views of the ocean. Very clean and tidy space with everything you would need! Eileen was very responsive and super friendly. Defiantly coming back!

My family and I had our Thanksgiving here this year. Unbelievable kitchen. I mean, STOCKED to the brim, I barely had to use anything of my own from my place. We felt super cozy by her fireplace, loved our morning beach walks, and enjoyed her amazing selection of board games upstairs. I have to say that the listing doesn’t capture the sheer SIZE of the home. So much privacy for everyone, and enough comfy gathering spaces to spend time together. Also, the beds were so comfy! We will totally book with them again in the future.

Where to start! I could write an epistle about my stay but I'll keep it short and sweet. What an absolutely beautiful and stunning home! from the moment I arrived I felt right at home. Stephanie and her husband put a lot of thought into every detail of their home and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I wish I had an extra week! I appreciated how central the location is but still allows you to feel as though you are in a private oasis. I can't wait to be back in New Haven to rent from Stephanie again! you are a super host for a reason :) Thanks for making your home my home. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Already planning my next trip!

We had a relaxing overnight with our two pups! The bay/sound area is so peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed swimming before the tide came in and we kayaked along the shoreline. The inside was stunning and had everything you needed and more! We door dashed lobster rolls from the Bonfire Grille nearby (10/10) and ended the night in the hot tub! Coffee on the sunny patio was a great perk, too! Thanks again!!

Easy to walk to the beach with kids. Multiple beach access point options. Back deck and fenced in yard were a nice surprise.

Eva is a great hostess. We very much enjoyed staying in her house. She was very easy to communicate with whenever we had an issue. I definitely would like to have Eva as a hostess again and would like to stay in her house again.

Great spot super close to everything we needed to go to. It was so cozy that we ended up sleeping through a bunch of our plans 😂 appreciate having pet friendly places like this since we like to travel with our pups. It was clean and quiet for being attached to another residence.

Wonderful apartment. As described, thoughtfully laid out. Well-stocked kitchen (including basic food supplies), fun decorations, very nice furniture (I'm quite jealous of the rocking chair), comfortable bed, great shower, the place kept up and very clean. Truman's communication was clear and proactive, I hope to stay here in the future!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Loved staying here! This place has so much sunlight and is really clean and spacious. They also have great appliances and all you need to make a home cooked meal. Jarret was responsive and even accommodated an extension that I requested. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience! We traveled to New Haven for a concert. It was only a 15 minute drive from the home. The Airbnb had everything we needed such as extra towels, snacks, and even a homemade candle, which smells lovely. Ryan was quick to respond and made sure we had everything. I would book with them again.

Selestria was super kind & supportive! She made us feel welcomed and made herself available for calls if needed. The home was clean and nice looking :)

Sheber was super helpful and accommodating. We had to book on short notice and do a late checkout because my wife got sick, and Sheber went above and beyond to help us figure things out. The loft is very cute and cozy, as well! She has put lots of love and thought into the place.

Place was what we expected and the neighborhood was nice, about a 20 min walk from the main campus (which was relevant to us). Basement unit (down a few stairs from your private entrance) with windows in every room, off street parking, washing machine in the shared part of the house (that you can use until 9pm). Was a cold weekend and apartment was nice and warm. Bed was comfortable. Rosaria was responsive and helpful, and even folded some dry laundry we had left in the dryer. Left a handful of drinks and snacks for us that were much appreciated.

Great spot and at a really good price. Was visiting for a Yale event and was near enough to feel close without being too close to downtown. The area around the place is also super cute and not one I had explored previously. Huge plus for some good coffee shops nearby and of course Pepe’s. Camila was a great and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend Camila and this spot.

The place was great!! Exactly what we were looking for and a terriffic location.

I stayed in this airbnb for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location can’t be beat; My guest and I walked to the beach, the movies, the aquarium, Norwalk riverwalk, the train station, and at least 30+ restaurants. The apartment itself was a comfortable size for 1-2 people. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need for your stay. There was a small balcony, which was nice for some fresh air with your morning coffee. Nicole gave plenty of local recommendations and was very responsive. Would stay again!

Excellent place to stay! This was my second visit, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The room in the upper floor is the best as you avoid unwanted noises (traffic, other people walking). They are also implementing a new system for the washer/dryer that allows you to pay with your cellphone, making it much easier to pay now. They are usually quick to answer and helpful. I recommend this place for sure.

Heather was an amazing host! The home looked exactly as she described it and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous. We were there for a quiet weekend getaway and it was perfect. It's a beautiful town with tons of restaurants. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Heather's place.
