Kid-friendly vacation rentals in West District

很舒服的民宿，電視很大，然後1樓很適合朋友一起聚會聊天吃東西，有瓦斯爐、微波爐跟洗衣機，設備上很齊全，然後朋友誇最多的是床很舒服，很冷的天，藏進被子一下就溫暖了，很好睡。但是停車位在假日比較難找，因為停車場的費用都偏貴，路邊停車需要花時間，不要挑在尖峰時段才找，會找不到。

適合預算有限，並需要隱私過夜的旅人。 房東和房源管理人都很友善。 有主動提供一瓶瓶裝水（雖然我不需要，因為習慣使用自己的保溫杯裝飲水機的水）。 地點：位於市中心，在大馬路邊的交通便利，即便深夜也不用擔心安全問題。 房間：簡單的獨立空間，可以保有個人睡眠的隱私。寢具很家庭式，是可以過夜的基本條件。 我住在3樓，4月的環境沒有蚊子（有提供蚊香，有需要的話可以自己使用） 共用衛浴：淋浴的熱水很夠熱👍水壓足👍但衛生條件需要改善。 廚房可以使用，但雜物比較多。

非常棒的地方，房內基礎設施一應具全，位置也很棒，離審計新村、草悟道都很近，走路五到十分鐘的距離而已，早上還有早餐，房內對有小孩的家庭也非常友善，十分推薦

Seriously one of my best Airbnb experiences so far. If you can, try to get a stay over the weekend when Adam's Café is open, and the breakfast on Sunday is fantastic. Adam was a super nice host throughout our stay, and the room was very pleasant for a long stay (2 people for 1 month). Room and bathroom were regularly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is also convenient to explore Taichung. If you like coffee, I'm sure you can enjoy this stay even more since Adam can explain a lot about coffee making (as well as places to visit!).

Its a great staying overall, I would recommend it to anyone, value for money is one of the best in city. Pros: - Very special location, in a really cute area in the middle of the city. Fast walk to anywhere or take youbike nearby. Shops and restaurants nearby. - The house is very cute too, you’ll live on 3rd floor but you’ll need to walk down and back to eat or go outside. Stairs is nice and you feel right at home. - You get all necessary amenities for a good price. Even water filter included. - host is proactive, friendly and helpful. Cons: - Sometimes I seen roaches inside kitchen or inside bathroom. Usually small ones, but once big on the kitchen. Host helped get rid of it. - We got into argument with James once, because I didn’t turn off my AC before leaving, and while I apologized he just couldn’t stop texting me. However, he said sorry next day and we got over it. - a temperature of water in a shower is not consistent, it was difficult to take shower because it changes randomly

Host 十分友善，給予我們不同意見。 住宿期間，host 也不定期 詢問 如我們需要協助。 Check in , check out 指示十分清晰。地點方便，也容易找到。 交通很方便，容易到達不同地方。 屋內環境十分舒適，周邊環境也很漂亮。 車子可以泊在屋內庭園，或者街上也很方便。我們很喜歡這個地方，下次來到台中，我們也會 reserve 這裏 😊風扇

Yvonne’s place is exactly as described. Very clean. AMAZING views. It was hot when we first got there, but AC works great and the place cooled off in 20 minutes and stayed cool the entire time. Great location for using the MRT and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Yes, the building has a weird smell, but the apartment doesn’t. It was quiet and the dark shades are great since the sun rises so early! The only trouble we had was with the google translation of directions to English, it gave an incorrect street name. Also the entrance is the same as the Park Lane Inn, not next to it. You walk through the lobby to the second set of elevators in the back. The rest of the directions to find the apt were perfect. Check in and check out were a breeze!

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the host was responsive to all our messages. Check in and checkout were easy.

非常舒適的房源，一進門就令人感到放鬆，有家的感覺。採光很好，衛浴空間很厲害，超大浴池媲美湯屋。附件週邊活動方便，覓食方便，是個很好的住宿體驗

타이중과학박물관 앞에 있는 빌딩에 자리잡은 숙소입니다. 주변은 주택가이고 큰 학교가 있어서 조용하지만 걸어서 과학박물관과 백화점등을 이용할 수 있습니다. BRT가 근처 큰 길에 있어서 타이중 구시가지와 각종 명소들을 가기 편하고, 고속철도 타이중역에서도 지하철을 타고 시청역에서 갈아타면 쉽게 접근이 가능합니다. 번화가가 가깝다보니 편의점과 맛집 들이 꽤 많아 불편함이 없이 지낼 수 있습니다. 방은 1-2인이 지내기에 적당한 크기입니다. 화장실은 좀 작지만 그래도 편하게 이용할 수 있는 크기입니다. 엘리베이터가 설치되어 있어서 짐을 가지고 있어도 편하게 옮길 수 있습니다. 주인과는 소통이 매우 잘 됐습니다. 특히, 부탁을 하면 가능한 경우에 관하여 얼리체크인도 해주어서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 또 체크인 하고 방에 들어가보니 시원하게 에어컨이 켜져있었고 맞아주는 음악과 과자들도 있어 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 나중에 타이중에 다시 오게 된다면 이곳에서 묵게 되지 않을까 합니다.

We, a family of four, stayed at Andrew's place for a few days. The pros: - The place is very conveniently located. The apartment is literally a minute away from the bus station. There are tons of local restaurants, shops, parks and other places to visit nearby. - It has ample space to fit four people. - The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. - Top value for the price we paid. - For people traveling with lots of luggage the building has a lift. - It is relatively quiet. Be mindful that: - The apartment is somewhat aged. Now, that is not to say that it is run down or anything but something just to be mindful of. - The apartment had mosquitos. All the windows have mosquito nets. Not sure how they get in (likely when we open the apartment door to enter or leave) and it is recommended to have mosquito/insect repellents. Overall, I would recommend Andrew's place if you're traveling with your family.

R&E was brilliant. Close to essentials like 7-11 and PX Mart, and surrounded by some very cool restaurants, clothing stores, attractions and scenery. Nice to walk along Calligraphy Greenway to the museums. The apartment was spacious and secure with very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Highly recommended for a cool stay in Taichung!

This was the best value Airbnb that we stayed in during our 10-day trip in Taiwan! The place was clean, with plenty of natural light, and close to many wonderful shops and restaurants. I would recommend staying again in this unit when we next visit!

Conveniently located, near the museum, lots of restaurants within a minute walk, also SOGO is across the street with small super market in level B1. Bus stops within 500 meters so it’s very easy to navigate the other parts of the city. Host is very responsible and easy to communicate 🥰

A lovely and warm place for our trip, located in a quiet environment. The interior is well designed - new, spacious, cozy and comfortable. It is in a walking distance to the Shenji New Village 審計新村 and surrounded by great restuarants. Kuma is nice and responsive. He provided flexible arrange for our check-in as well as great ideas of nearby spots to visit. Highly recommended.

We were travelling in a group of 9 and all 3 rooms were on the same floor so it was convenient. Nice building (right next to Taichung Splendor Hotel Taichung & Sixth market) and high storey. Loved the bed and pillows, it was very comfortable stay and I would return again. Thank you for hosting us! 我們一行有9個人，所有3間房間都在同一樓層，非常方便。建築很不錯（就在台中金典酒店和第六市場旁邊），而且樓層很高。特別喜歡床和枕頭，住得非常舒適，我還會再來。感謝您的招待！

Monica is a very kind person, we stayed in Taichung for 4 months, the location is pretty good. Not only near to MRT station but also has several convenience stores nearby, and local food stores, even a nice brunch place and a bakery. The location is quiet, and the kitchen area in the room also brought lots of convenience.
