Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

In the afternoon, relax on the cozy sofa from the hike to the walkable Falkenstein, Germany's highest castle ruin, from the ski trip to the nearby Tannheimer Valley, from the visit to King Ludwig II at Neuschwanstein Castle or from the day of swimming at Lake Weissensee, which awaits with clear alpine water just a five-minute walk away. Fewo "die Stub"

Unsere neue Fewo "die Stub" ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eureTouren ins Vilstal und die umliegende Bergwelt da wir schon mitten im Waldgebiet sind. Neuschwanstein ist mit dem Auto nur 25 min entfernt. Nach einer Tour könnt ihr in der Vils die Füsse kühlen oder in die umliegenden Badeseen springen. Im Winter sind verschiedene Lifte ca 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt oder ihr macht eine Schneeschuhtour vom Haus aus. Der Ortskern ist 3,5 km entfernt wo ihr alles nötige kaufen könnt.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.

In the vacation apartment in my wooden house 'Casa Linda' with a view of the Breitenberg, Kienberg and Falkenstein, you can leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries and get plenty of fresh air under my 400-year-old linden tree. In our cozy apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an activity for everyone in the holiday region. You can feel comfortable as a couple or as a family. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light) there are 2 new box spring beds. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
