The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

The approx. 45sqm apartment is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Wolbeck on the ground floor of our family house and is accessible via a side entrance. The house was extensively renovated in 2020 and offers modern facilities. The apartment includes a living room, a bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom, so there is room for two friends or a couple possibly also with kids. For guests with electric car there is the possibility to use a wallbox by arrangement.

The vacation home consists of a bright living room including a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is a single bed, which can be retracted. On the small gallery there is a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the main market. The vacation home is located on a 1000 m² plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The nature reserve is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool Stapelskotten you can swim, the bike and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.
