This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

Water's Edge Cottage | Luxury Retreat

We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

Hidden La Plata Getaway

This spacious 2-bedroom/1-bathroom basement apartment is completely separate from upstairs unit. Private entrance located at the back of the house, all new appliances, and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery stores, sit-down eateries, and fast food chains. You get 2 spaces of the 4-car driveway. Max two pets. A $50 per pet fee must be paid before checkin. No parties allowed.

Shared access to home gymnasium and washer/dryer combo. Entry and exit is through the garage, so you'll have no daily interaction with the hosts unless so desired. The space includes a brand new kitchenette, newly renovated modern private bathroom, new furniture, and new hardwood flooring. Wifi and Verizon cable are included.

Parking, Smart TV with streaming, wifi/Internet, utilities included. Limit 2 people. This property is smoke free. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the cottage, or anywhere on the grounds . Owners live in main house within same property. No extra guests, no parties, no illegal activities.
