Whether for a break to recharge your batteries, enjoy cuddly togetherness, hikes in the Schöcklland region or shopping in Graz - our private country house stands for flexibility.

The Bridge House

Welcome to the green heart of Austria! Our home is in a lovely village beneath a mountain, 15 miles from Graz, Austria's beautiful second city. There are hourly buses from a bus stop just 2 minutes away. We're only 10 minutes' walk from a family-friendly wellness centre with a lake and other leisure activities. There are many walking trails that start from here. The house (500 years old, forming a bridge over the road) is a halfway point on the pilgrim path between Mariatrost & Weiz Basilica.

Notice for the Easter weekend: Saturday, April 4, Easter bonfire on the neighboring property. There could be a nuisance caused by smoke. If you are staying with us this weekend, everyone is warmly invited. An attractive apartment on the top floor of a single-family home surrounded by meadows, fields and forests is available as accommodation for assembly workers at a special price. Families on vacation and artists passing through are also welcome. The area is quiet and offers many paths for walking. With the river Raab just a few meters away, it is an ideal relaxation oasis for mind and body. Nature inspires activities such as writing or working on the computer.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

The beautiful, newly renovated in June 2025, ~50 m² apartment is the perfect base for a stay in Graz. Located right in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and in 10 minutes you can be at the main train station. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Welcome to your modern and cozy suite. The accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: free parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away (14 minutes to the city center). The highway exit is also very close by. The area is very quiet. We look forward to welcoming you!

Modern cottage + jetty by the pond

Sit back and relax in this stylish and modern accommodation in a quiet location in the volcanic region. Or enjoy long evenings on the jetty and cool off in your own bathing pond. There is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: Room height upstairs is only 1.60 m)

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Lind fruitful

The Lind Fruchtreich Apartment is nestled in the picturesque hills of Eastern Styria and offers a terrace with a hot tub and views of the vineyard. The air-conditioned apartment features a combined living-bedroom with box-spring double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and fridge, a dining area, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi and a hot tub on the terrace.
