We offer a large, fully furnished, cozy attic apartment. Kirchehrenbach, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, is located at the foot of the Walberlas (very well-known mountain in Franconia). Great for hiking, biking. Erlangen, Nuremberg, Bamberg, Bayreuth are in max. 45 min. reachable. The cuisine and beers of the region are legendary. Kirchehrenbach has excellent infrastructure, train connections, grocery store, bakeries, doctors, inns, everything there.

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. So we tried to give this house its very own charm and character. Living space: approx. 120 square meters Property approx. 600 sqm

The apartment is in the attic of a detached house in a village on the Wiesent in Franconian Switzerland. It is fully furnished and equipped and has about 80 square meters on 2.5 rooms, pantry kitchen (sink, stove, fridge, mini oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.), bathroom (tub, shower, double sink, underfloor heating, towel heating), balcony. It is ideal for 2 people with 1-2 smaller children. Non-smoking apartment, dog(s) is (are) allowed.

A parking space is available in front of the property.

Vacation in Franconia

Our vacation home is located in the Eggolsheimer district of Drosendorf, a village with 300 inhabitants. Located on the edge of Franconian Switzerland, it is a good starting point for hikes or excursions to Bamberg, Bayreuth or Nuremberg! The apartment is on 2 floors, and a half-day with an open sleeping gallery! For 2 adults, or a family with 1-2 children, the apartment is ideal! Free parking is available on the premises.

Stay in a historic barn

You will stay on a former farm with a listed, 420-year-old barn, which we have lovingly renovated. You will stay in a completely independent part of the barn with a private entrance. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining kitchen. On the second floor is the bedroom and a cozy sofa corner that invites you to relax. It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind.
