Vacation for the soul. Our smoke-free, climate-neutral country house 360 degrees with sauna, swimming pond and trampoline is located on the Pfänderhang at the gates of Bregenz and Lindau in an idyllic secluded location with a stunning view. There are 2 apartments, here the lower small 30 sqm apartment "Fuchsbau". It is suitable for singles and couples who want to retreat and still be in the middle of things. You can relax, hike, swim, enjoy wellness, art and culture, boating and cycling.

Caravan "Pauline"

We rent out our caravan at our house. It sleeps two adults (140x200) and two children (bunk beds). The toilet and shower are located in the house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, a sleeping bag or made-up beds and pillows. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Not included in the price is the tourist tax (please pay in cash upon arrival), which provides discounted admission and free bus service. Adults €2.20, children 6-15 €0.70 per day.

One to two person apartment

We wish you a pleasant time in our small, cozy accommodation near Lake Constance/Lindau (about 10 minutes away by car). A restaurant is in the village and for walking and relaxing everything is possible here. It is only 5 km to the A96 ramp. There is also an Edeka there. Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

On the outskirts of Scheidegg, one of the sunniest communities in Germany, is the cozy apartment. The perfect starting point for your active vacation. Here you will find numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Hiking in the Alps, a boat trip on Lake Constance or a bike tour through the Allgäu. The apartment is located in a vacation resort where you also have a wellness area with indoor pool and sauna available free of charge.

Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen , a living/dining room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather mood. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, washbasin and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Cosy apartment in the heart of Bregenz

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Rosenalm resort. An elevator is provided and you can reach the apartment at ground level. The apartment has 1 room, 1 bathroom, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony.
