Amazing beautiful place to stay. Matched the description a tee, clean, and everything inside that you could need. Close to everything for walking distance and such. Great restaurants with polite people everywhere. Hot tub was amazing well kept and Jon did really well communicating everything with us for easy check in and check out!! Will definitely be back! Jake was an excellent host. My partner and I visit ADK at least once a year. This was our first time in Indian Lake and we very much enjoyed our time. The place is so neat, clean, and provided everything we needed and more. The view from the dining room was perfect to sip our morning brew and watch the sunrise or to watch the sun set with a nice cup of tea. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty to do in the area. It’s in the center of other great surrounding towns as well. We look forward to return sometime in the future. Thanks Jake!

The hosts were very responsive with my questions. This cabin was very clean, new structure, beautiful nature views. We rented for a night to celebrate a chill birthday, the game room was a blast! The hot tub was divine. The air conditioning was a lifesaver!!! The kitchen was a dream to cook dinner and breakfast in! We live local and hope to book again soon to escape reality!! Update: we booked (the day of checkout) for Christmas time with our entire family! Cant wait!!!

The cabin was perfect. Well maintained and great location. Access was easy and has everything we needed. Loved sitting by the firepit and in the jacuzzi. Access down to the river was great and the landscape beautiful. Close to Old Forge and many hiking trails. Pictures don't do it justice.

Kyle was a great host who responded quickly to any concerns we had. The instructions were very thorough, leaving no room for error or confusion. The house felt very cozy and had everything that was listed. It was definitely a great stay and will be recommending to others.

It was a very peaceful and relaxing setting. Everything was great. Hot tub is new and worked great. We had a lot of rain and spent a lot of time inside. It was very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was my first experience with airbnb and I will say Brian has set the bar so high, the place was gorgeous inside and out, he was responsive with any questions I had, proactive with information to make check in and out easy and simple. The place felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be booking again with Brian in the future. Loved it.

Beautiful cottage across from the beach. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying nature. The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We ate at the Woodshed on Park which was spectacular. Overall a wonderful weekend. We will definitely stay again!!

We had a whole 2 bedroom cabinet for the price you would pay for a hotel. On a beautiful quiet lake, we weren't lacking anything. The host was on site when we arrived, finishing up preparations for our stay. Very friendly and personable. We got just what we wanted out of this stay here, so happy we found this place. If we make it back to Adirondacks we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to get away from it all, quiet and listening to the frogs at night was kinda peaceful. Caught some good fish down by the river while roasting marshmallows. There is an AMAZING ice cream place not too far away that is a definite place to check out.

Third time staying at one of Rick’s cabins (2nd at Lion’s Den)! We love how cozy it is, comfortable the space is, that its dog friendly, and it’s AFFORDABLE! So often Airbnb’s are getting more and more expensive with the base rate, cleaning fees, pet fees, etc. We enjoy a more rustic winter camping experience (that’s a little warmer than a tent) but unfortunately NYS Parks has closed most winter cabins for camping which were affordable and mostly dog friendly. The Kings Pines are a great alternative! We love the bird feeder, the porch, the solitude, and being off-grid while still being able to flip on a light switch and take a shower. Word to the wise: be prepared to be WARM at night if you’re staying during the winter and you have the wood stove going! We had all of the upstairs windows cracked at night and it was enjoyable.

Ben’s home was as described in the listing. There were 7 adults in our group and we were all comfortable. There was space to spread out and relax as well. It was a short drive into town and close to McCauley Mountain for skiing. We would definitely stay here again. Ben provided good directions to find the house and check in was easy.

James was responsive to all questions within 30min. Knotty but nice cabin was EXCELLENT! Lots of extras like life jackets and board games for the kids. Very clean and enjoyable to get away for the week. Lots of plugs and phone chargers in each room. Usually there’s never enough in most places. Will definitely be back! Thank You, James!

Arriving in the early evening when the temperature outside was 14 degrees, it was great to arrive at a clean house with the heat on, all ready for us. Plowing was done just on time for our arrival. Loved the flannel sheets! So cozy. Great location for cross-country skiing, which we did with friends who were staying at nearby Oswegatchie Camp.

This cabin was a wonderful getaway. No one around to bother us, but easily accessible to town for food, groceries, etc. Thank you so much!

Don’t hesitate… book Danicia’s place! My fiancé basically grew up on old forge and thought it was a great idea to spend his birthday weekend here. We loved everything about Danicia’s place! It was squeaky clean, warm and cozy. Perfect for a winter weekend getaway! This was a perfect place for us because we had direct snowmobile trail access. Just, wow! I cannot say enough about this cabin. So quiet and peaceful, beautiful grounds, dog friendly, amazing hosts, cutest interior. Had everything we needed and so efficient! Cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful little cabin perfect for a weekend getaway to the Adirondacks.

We loved our winter escape to this cozy camp in Old Forge area with a great view of the lake! Entering the cabin through the garage/basement makes it feel like you’re staying in a treehouse! The cabin is gorgeous and beautifully decorated with Adirondack furniture and fixtures. It has all the amenities for a great stay with plenty of large beds and bathrooms. We stayed with 6 people total and had plenty of room to relax and unwind. We spent a day skiing at nearby McCauley Mountain, which is small but mighty and had fabulous ski conditions. We rented snowmobiles about 3 miles away and had so much fun on the trail system with great, toasty stops to warm up at Big Moose Station and Norridgewock Lodge. The best part of the cabin was coming back to defrost by the awesome fireplace! The town has great shops and we loved the Fulton Chain Brewery and Nest restaurant (highly recommend the Pork Ribeye and bread pudding!) We all agreed this place is awesome and would love to stay in the summer!
