Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. 70m² in-law on the middle floor of our house - very idyllically located, garden, forest, all around peace. The right thing to do for a quick getaway. Arrival by public transport possible (we pick you up from the bus station - shopping on site possible). If you want and come by car, you can also take a day trip to Cesky Krumlov, Prague, Passau, Vienna or Linz. Couples, solo travelers and families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed.

Renate's apartment is top! It is located in a beautiful area surrounded by forests and walking the hiking trails from the door. The apartment is on the first floor in an old farmhouse, everything is available, kitchen well equipped , good bed, and a fantastic shower. The major cities such as Salzburg are a bit away (168 km) , but Linz , definitely worth the effort is 30 km away. But all the smaller villages nearby are well worth doing. Definitely recommended !!!

The apartment is great. We felt right at home. In the kitchen, it was really fun to cook and then we could choose where we wanted to relax. Everything was exactly as described Sometimes, such beautifully photographed accommodations are a disappointment because they are only superficially chic or extremely worn out – but that is definitely not the case here. It was very nice!

A staircase leading upward is visible alongside a storage area for bicycles. Two bikes are parked, with bicycle pumps and equipment resting nearby. The flooring is tiled, and the area is illuminated by soft overhead lighting.

The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

We had a great stay at Karin's, who was a great help and was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped (very comfortable beds) and bright. The location is central and due to the orientation in the park, it is in the middle of the countryside. The apartment was absolutely clean and there was nothing unnecessary around. The little extra: the little welcome gifts! Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

The host and his family were very kind and friendly. The navigation does not take you to the accommodation, but to the other side of the building, but the host immediately rushed to our help and led us to the right place. It's a good place for a night or two.

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!
