Vacation rentals with a patio in Water Island

From check-in to check-out was hassle free. Before I reached to my destination, Kassel made sure to send a detail message with instructions that eliminated any questions that I had prior. Kassell's dad was very responsive and proactive. He went out his way to make sure that my family and I made it to the correct location by driving out to meet us. The location was private and peaceful. It was very cozy and felt like home. Very friendly host and dad duo. Kenrick answered every call. All in all, my family and I enjoyed our stay. If visiting the island of St. Thomas, I highly recommend that you stay at this location. You definitely would not regret it!

We had a last minute trip and Choice Management went above and beyond! The property was lovely with lots of activities. The pool, beach, and restaurants on site were wonderful. The villa was very well stocked and had all amenities listed and more. Would definitely stay at the property again and would absolutely work with Choice Management as they were amazing to work with! This place was what we needed it for, a quick stop over on the way to Tortola. the host was super responsive, we really appreciated the extra touches like a Home Display for playing music, the coffee, and really strong air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isla's on Water Island and can't wait to go back! The property manager Erin was very friendly and communicative as well. The location was perfect, easy to get around everywhere on a golf cart, and lovely setting with an amazing view from the balcony. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our only complaint is that it was too short:)!

Our host Randall was spot on with restaurant and shopping recommendations. The pictures you see on line are exactly what the villa looks like. Short walk to the beach and Westin. Easy to get a taxi. We will definitely be back and staying here again!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

The view and pool are amazing! The inside was nicely done and well equipped. If you’re looking for something with a view and pool and not far from town, this is a great option.

The property is gorgeous; like in the pictures. Spacious, super clean and very well equipped. Getting there was a little frustrating; the Google maps pin originally provided took us to a different home. That homeowner told us that it had been happening lately: strangers showing up at his door. We contacted Emily and she provided another pin that took us to the house. In general, the roads in St. Thomas are very narrow and not in good condition in many places and to get to the house, there are steep hills, hairpin turns and switchbacks. We had 2 families departing at different times on our last day and in spite of contacting many taxi services, only 1 agreed to come to the house and they wanted to charge $150 for a 10-minute ride to the airport! Emily went out of her way to help us but we ended up all going to the airport at the same time.

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. Matina's place was outstanding! Convenient to downtown Charlotte Amalie and not terribly far to popular beaches. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full family meals. Beach toys, chairs and cooler also provided. The pool is always shaded, so can be cool, even on the hottest days and at nights. We found it refreshing.

Our stay was amazing. The host provided us with a driver for the duration of our stay and we felt so safe in the home. Very responsive when anything was needed and very friendly. We would definitely stay here when we visit St Thomas again!

This was my initial visit to St. Thomas, VI, and I am truly thankful that we chose this rental. After exploring much of the island, I believe this Air B&B is situated in a safer location compared to many others. It is within a gated community and offers stunning views that are accurately represented in the photos. In fact, it is even more impressive in reality! David proved to be an exceptional and accommodating host, providing us with assistance even after we left. The property was immaculate and matched the description, if not exceeding it. It also offered a sense of privacy.

Michael and Jenny were above and beyond the best hosts we have had from AirBnB. From the beautiful location, amazing recommendations, and easy going demeanor you couldn’t ask for more. Everything about the description is accurate and you can expect the view to be even better in person. They also provided a detailed cottage guide that clearly stated guest expectations and provided amazing recommendations for beaches/restaurants/groceries/etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain-side condo in St. Thomas! Tucked away in a peaceful, lush setting, the unit offered a private deck with a stunning view of the ocean—a perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while soaking in the island breeze. Having our own rental car made it incredibly easy to explore, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Magens Bay, 10 minutes to Charlotte Amalie, and about 15 minutes to Red Hook, we were able to reach nearly every beach on the island in 20 minutes or less. It truly felt like the perfect home base for discovering all the beauty St. Thomas has to offer. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt both safe and secluded. We especially loved the shared pool—most afternoons we had it all to ourselves, which made for a relaxing and luxurious experience. We had a lovely stay at the Sea Cliff Villas in Bologna Bay. The place was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic ocean view from the deck. There was an inviting private pool just steps away from the unit which we didn't get to take advantage of, but we did enjoy a sunset while lounging in the deck chairs. Rob was very responsive when we had questions and even reached out to check on us after a brief earthquake during the night. If there was one improvement I'd make it would be new pillows as the current ones were a bit flat, but that's an easy fix. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again in the future.

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at [Host’s Name]’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect—[mention a specific perk like “close to downtown” or “in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood”]. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Cliff Villas. I would definitely recommend a car if you’re staying here. We did not venture to the beach at Bolongo Bay, but did drive to many close beaches for snorkeling and nothing on the island is too far. The unit had everything we needed for the week, including toilet paper and a roll of paper towels which not all owners provide. The unit was clean and as expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Mike on our next trip to the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Cliff Villa. The views from the balcony were beautiful and very relaxing. The Villa was stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay including beach towels, coolers, chairs, tanning lotion, etc. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook onsite (although we did not). The villa was very clean, furniture and bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well to keep the villa nice and comfortable inside. This location was central to the Red Hook area as well as Charlotte Amalie. We would definitely stay here again. Since we did most of the touristy things this time, we would try to visit more of the places the locals frequent next time. In my opinion, the exterior of the property, including the landscaping, is in need of upgrades to enhance its overall appearance.

My partner and I thought this was the perfect balance of value and quality. We did not want to overpay for amenities we didn’t need, particularly on an island with so much to do…but we definitely had standards we expected regarding comfort, safety, scenic views, and a warm feeling of “home”. One of the many highlights was the balcony aligned perfectly with the sunset. We ate every home meal out there. I’d come back here if/when back on the Island. I’d highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay and absolutely incredible views from the balcony!! Loved this stay so much and is located in a resort that has everything you could need. I was at a wedding in St John for the weekend and stayed here for 2 days after to restore and rejuvenate after a wild weekend before flying home and it was perfection.
