Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Washoe County

Great place especially for larger groups. We had 14 and everyone was comfortable. Just be aware that this house is 4 levels and the stairs are a consideration. Would go back again!

We have 4 girls and two of them were graduating at UNR the same weekend and your home fit us all wonderfully. We loved the huge open common living room/kitchen/dining room where we could all enjoy each others company. We were so happy to have a fun backyard with a hot tub, BBQ, large table, fire pit and lots of extra seating! And it backed up to a park! This has been a tradition to give each girl a fun college graduation get together and this home checked all the boxes! Absolutely pristine home! Thank you, Wendy B

we absolutely adore the place so peaceful we has a couple little retreat we all work hard so we need a break and got just that so easy to get to everything and just enjoy each others company this place is most definitely my go to on my way to Reno Michael is the best host thanks again

We had a wonderful stay at Raena’s home in Reno! The location is great —right in downtown and super walkable to shops, attractions, restaurants, and the river. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, high-quality linens (both bed and bath), and the well-equipped kitchen. Everything about the home was thoughtfully set up, from the easy-to-use climate controls to the convenient washer and dryer and private driveway. Raena was an exceptional host—her instructions were clear, communication was seamless, and she was always responsive when needed. We would absolutely recommend Raena’s home to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable place to stay while visiting Reno.

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

Perfect place for a pit stop!!! We were on a 16 hour road trip with our two dogs, from Vegas to Oregon & used James’s place as a halfway point to rest, refresh, & recharge. Its the perfect location, as it has so many places to eat, grocery shop, theres an auto store, gas stations, and even a laundry mat if you needed it. Thank you James!!!

We had a great stay! The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup was perfect for our family and extra guests—definitely a big plus. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

I didn’t stay because we ended up with family, but the place was nice and was in a good area.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

We had a great stay in Carol’s Airbnb and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Reno and looking for a home away from home! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed (special mention must be made of the completely equipped kitchen). The place is located on a cul-de-sac in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood - but still only a 2-3 minute drive away from gas and a supermarket. Carol greeted us warmly upon check-in and was always available whenever we had questions.

This air bnb was all good! Just a quick stop over for us on the way to Tahoe. Sibin was a great host. The place is pretty basic but had everything we needed

Debra's place is cute and well done. I usually stay at places that are somewhat larger but this space was just fine for a 3 night stay. Much nicer than some places that just grab what's on sale at Target for the interior! The bed was comfortable, and the split AC into worked perfectly - I just set the temperature I like and it kept both rooms just right. It's an older section of Reno, which is a huge plus for me. Nice and quiet at night. Would stay again.

Michael & Lauren's place was exactly how it was described! Lovely home, excellent location, comfortable and most importantly clean. We stay in a lot of Airbnb's and that is a priority for us, their home exceeded our expectations. We travel to Reno often, and this will be the first place we will be checking for it's availability.

This is a rustic and historical gem! The space is cozy and exceptionally clean. Love the large bathroom! The window A/C in the bedroom was the coldest ac I have ever come across and it makes the whole space cold!!! The area around the rental is great for walking our dogs. The Silver Springs Park is right up the hill behind the rental with plenty of green space for the pups. Also the Silver Springs Cemetery is right down the street and fun to walk thru and read the tombstones. We door dashed food from Dayton and explored Virginia City during the day. The location is perfect!!!! Hope to stay again!

Such a cozy home and the most comfortable beds! You’ll feel right at home, a perfect space for a quiet, relaxing vacation by Lake Tahoe! Short walk or drive to restaurants and grocery. Only a 45min drive from Reno as well. Look forward to staying here again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location, close to everything I needed, including great restaurants, shops, and beaches. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Really nice place to stay. Nice location, a few minutes' drive to most activities on the north shore. Full kitchen with more than enough cookware and condiments. Communication is fast and effective. We are a party of two, so the space is more than enough: large beds, and the living room is cozy with a fireplace and a TV where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc. Overall, great experience and strongly recommended!

Great place to stay! 5 minute drive to Diamond Peak for skiing. Close to local restaurants. The condo was comfortable, cozy, and warm (we visited in the winter) with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thank you Janet and team!

This is a great spot for a couple! It’s about 10 mins to Incline Village and Kings beach. Incline village beach is right down the road, a 3 minute drive. Grocery stores are nearby. The place is super clean and comfy. Joanna was amazingly responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent extended stay at Belinda and Steve's condo in Incline Village, NV. The property was very clean and the location was ideally situated to local and regional amenities and attractions that we value e.g., beautiful hiking, restaurants, art galleries, local food stores, nearby towns of Reno, Carson City, Virginia City. An instruction and recommendations binder was exceptionally well organized and thorough. As hosts, Belinda and Steve were proactive, always responsive, and very friendly. We were glad to briefly meet both of them during our trip. Highly recommended. Joe & Lori
