I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.
