A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

We had a wonderful week in this lovely chalet. Simone and Erich were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The space was carefully planned, and worked well for our party of six people. The enclosed balcony, and entrance area meant that the kitchen/dining area is free of clutter, and easy to use. The kitchen and utensils were all high quality, and this reflects the attention to detail the hosts have put into this chalet. It was completely renovated in 2019, and is in immaculate condition. It is located a short ski or walk from the Salober lifts. Grocery shopping was convenient on the ski busses, and we did not need to use our car. The Pfefferkornhütte has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. There are no neighbors, which heightens the impact of the beautiful natural surroundings. The stars at night were stunning. We have skied from many chalets over the years, but this one is by far the best one we have ever stayed in.

We had a great stay. The location was very quiet, so we could sleep very well at night. Marc was very quick to reach with questions. The kitchen was well equipped and the existing air conditioning is a huge plus, especially in summer!

Stayed in warth for quick and easy ski access and that’s exactly what we got! Two minute walk to lift from front door and skied home! Peaceful little town with enough to walk/eat and see. Views were stunning from the porch! Comfy bed, kitchen well equipped, clean and simple! Responsive host the whole time!

We had a wonderful stay at our hosts'! Thank you so much for hosting us and your lovely and beautiful accommodation! Everything was impeccable with special attention to our children! Toys, bed rail, bathtub, folding crib and there was even a swing in the beautiful veranda that allows you to enjoy the view in all weather! We were even able to enjoy our hosts' outdoor playground! Shops and playground within walking distance! Beautiful walk along the water, on foot or by bike from the accommodation! With the guest card we were able to ride for free in one of the cable cars nearby! We'll be back for sure! Especially after the welcome we received!

The interior design was created and designed with a lot of love, joy in design and lifestyle. The decor is high quality and stylish from A to Z. Very special for us was the shower accessible from sleeping, as well as private sauna with unobstructed views of the valley and village, and also the hanging lounge chairs for the breaks between the sauna sessions. The super Sonos sound system makes it easy to connect the phones to your own Spotify music. The view from the bed into the mountains and also the terrace on the edge of the agricultural zone with unobstructed views of forest and mountains are beautiful. For waste disposal, practical, cleanly labeled and separated containers are available outside in a separate room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HEIMET and will be happy to come back.
