Wake to shimmery sparkles on Bayou Grande at this adorable studio in the historic Navy Point neighborhood. Whether on holiday or in town for a work trip, you'll enjoy peace filled days of comfort. The 2nd floor studio, (called Baby Grande) is approximately 400 sq. feet. It is recently renovated and offers a full kitchen and spacious bath. The property owners live on site in the adjoining home so just "holler" if you need anything! Otherwise we'll give you privacy to enjoy your stay.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
