Millie sits on Lake Champlain and the Colchester Bog (one of the only natural bogs left in the northeast.) She is one of a few original Cottages left on Mills Point. Millie is 60 yrs old, no granite countertops or stainless steel appliances. She has amazing views of the lake, the Green Mountains, native flowers/birds/deer/foxes etc. in their natural habitat. Private beach & boat access for our guests use. For over 20 years our guests say she’s clean, cozy & adorably quirky.

Outside upper deck with grill and covered outside dining set. Open to the outside. Large window and doors. Great place relax and enjoy Lake Champlain and The Green Mountain. King bed and a pull out queen sleeper sofas. Close to downtown Burlington, bike path, restaurants, park, swimming, etc.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
