Enjoy nature while staying in a quiet 1 bedroom attached suite on a 65 acre horse property with it's own nature trails. It includes a private entrance with a dedicated workspace with free high-speed WiFi. Remote workers are welcome! We have up to 20 horses on the property. You will have front row viewing to several right out your windows! It's set back in the woods about a 1/3 of a mile, however it is a convenient location close to Amherst, Hampshire, UMass, Smith and Mt. Holyoke.

The room looked just like the photos and m matched the description perfectly. It was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spotless. The neighborhood is quiet and private. Yulia was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a perfect place to stay for a solo traveler. Close to Northampton for meandering, close to hikes for more outdoors stuff. Carolyn gave great suggestions for places to go and was very friendly and responsive. The bed is very comfortable.

Alice and Tom are fantastic hosts. the room was well equipped with coffee/tea station, a mini fridge with water and seltzer, the bathroom had anything you could need, besides shampoo and conditioner, Q-tips, cotton pads, floss picks, and a First Aid kit. Thank you Alice and Tom for welcoming us to your home!!!

An amazing stay with an amazing view... Greeted with a smile and prompt instructions. all of the amenities that you would need... Dorothy checked in with us at the end of the state to make sure everything was fantastic.

The dining area features multiple tables, each adorned with tablecloths and set for meals. Natural light enters through large windows, complemented by stained glass accents. Antique furnishings and detailed woodwork create a historic ambiance, while floral patterns embellish the carpet.
