The apartment is located in an apartment building (3 units) on the 2nd floor. It has a size of 75 m², consisting of 1x living room and 2x bedrooms, 1x kitchen and 1x bathroom with tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the common electrical appliances. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Free parking on the premises can be used. The Müritz is 20 meters away. A swimming area is available. To the city harbor, downtown and the national park entrance is a 5-minute walk.

On our farm you will find everything for quiet days in the countryside. There is an organic village shop with a café, a barrel sauna and nature right outside the door. Yoga classes are held four times a week – ideal for strengthening the body and mind. A parking space and an electric charging station are provided. We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist nur 500m vom Warener Stadthafen entfernt und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Müritz benötigt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großzügigen hellen Wohn- Essbereich mit gemütlichem Kuschelsofa. Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize bett, Duschbad, großzügigem Wohn-Essbereich mit Sessel, Sofa, 4K TV und DVD-Player, Esstisch und Küchenzeile (komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler).

The apartment is on the first floor. The entrance is shared. When you enter the apartment, you come directly into the kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine as well as kitchen utensils. From there, you enter the living room with a sofa bed, living room furniture and flat-screen TV as well as the dining area. Furthermore, you can get from the kitchen to the separate bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Beautiful basement apartment with direct access to the lake. This apartment is perfect in summer and winter to unwind for a few days. On warm days, Lake Plauer invites you to swim. Afterwards, extensive walks on various hiking trails are possible. Plau city center is within walking distance in 15 minutes. There you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. In the cold season, a fireplace is available for warming up. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Our guesthouse will be offered to you for the first time after several years of renovation work for rent from July 2019. The guesthouse is (50 meters) close to the harbor in our historic old town. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you will spend a holiday with us, which will stay in good memory for a long time. If you want to visit us three or with a child, there is a sofa bed on the gallery. The price includes the fees for the spa cards.

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

In 2 minutes, you are in the center. The harbor is about a 15-minute walk. The beach is located on the outer Müritz, by bike in approx. 15 minutes, or free city bus, the stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. The bike path leads past our house in about 100 m.
