Laura is a very warm and kind person. If I ever go back to London, I’ll be rebooking with her. She has great recommendations, and is a wonderful when helping tourists figure out public transportation in London. Very close to the rail and great access to transit, quiet neighbourhood, and overall a great place to stay to explore London. Bed was super comfortable too!

Great apartment! Very nice and quiet location, 20-25 mins walk from the tube, reasonable distance to the Central London. Apartment has everything that you need and the heating system is very nice which is not that common in the UK in general. Georgina is a great host! Instructions were very clear and self-checkin was convenient.

We were very happy with our stay at Karime’s flat. The location is very good, very good access to buses and underground only 2-5 minutes away. There are 2 local markets very close to the flat and a short ride to get to a bigger supermarket. There are some good places around to grab a bite as well, some of them didn’t look like they were good but we are adventurous and tried some and we were not disappointed :) The flat was very clean and free of clutter and a good fit for our family of four. Karime was very responsive and since we stayed for two weeks she offered to come and clean and give us fresh towels and linen :) We would definitely recommend this apartment and hopefully we will visit again ❤️ Thank you Karime for a lovely stay ❤️

2nd time staying with Claire, very lovely host and home!

The house was fantastic. It was a home away from home with all the amenities required and close to the tube and local supermarket. Matt and Vilde were very helpful and responsive to any requests. I would highly recommend.

I would certainly endorse all the positive comments from previous reviews that add up to Simona being rated a super host. Very happy with my week's stay. Simona is a very chatty, naturally welcoming host whose company I very much enjoyed. The room I had was small but all that I needed for somewhere to sleep after spending most of the time out-and-about in London, while Simona's house is a well-lived in, homely space in a great location. It might come with the odd creak and groan from the floorboards and plumbing, but, hey, welcome to 'Wimpy/Barrett Britain!' Ultimately, it's the human touches that make travelling so compelling and I look forward to sharing a plate of pasta with Simona when next in Wapping. That's dependant on availability of course - there's good reason why Simona's is usually booked-up far in advance. Glad for having had this chance for an introduction. Cheers!

I highly recommend this place! Super clean, big, very new and well located! John helped me a lot from days before the trip until after checkout! When I return to London I will certainly stay there again! He is very attentive and is always available if you need anything! I had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Alice's flat - great location, away from crowds but in several convenient bus lines. The basement flat was cool during a heat wave and had everything we needed, from a well - furnished kitchen to a loaded TV. Alice was a great host, very responsive though she was away for the weekend.

Great check-in, Robert explained everything in the apartment and gave us some local recommendations. The place looked even better in person. This was a last minute booking after an initial Airbnb was cancelled, Robert was very accommodating and responsive. One of the best air bnbs that I’ve been to in the UK.

what a lovely place to stay. cannot fault Anna-Marie as a host as she was brilliant, she allowed us to check in earlier and check out later also which was great so we didn't have to rush. would definitely stay again 😊

Comfy place and responsive host. There is Alexa you can use in the place, with fun experience. It feels like home. The location is great, reachable and well connected to multiple sources of public transport which makes it easy to visit alot of places in London. Multiple supermarkets closeby and a (cheeky) nando’s and mcdonald very close by!

This is the place to be if you want to explore the city of London! A 15 minute walk through this lovely opcoming neighborhood brings you to the closest underground station where you have a good connection to the city.

Stayed there for a month. Very good connectivity to centre of the city: Either Elephant and Castle stations or Kennington station. Couple of 24hr buses too. Convenient space and it’s on 2nd floor!

we had a wonderful stay at place had amazing time there everything was quite smooth and she was very helpful this property was located in a good neighbourhood most of the places where such as London Market and the Big Ben the location was quite nearby the McDonald's which is open 24/7 and just sometimes the parking is a bit tough to find or Mondays els parking was easy to find on the outside the McDonald's and mostly we enjoyed our time she had provided a lot of humidity and the kitchen that help us cook food and she had provided extra things in the washroom and extra shower gel that was very nice and cleaning department was also very nice they had in the apartment very nicely and everything was very good it's just that you can also get lime or Uber rental bike very near by as the station is just be need the apartment it is also very safe as it was very near to the police station and it's just that for the parking you have to be very very careful as there are so many parking ticket.

The accommodation was exactly as pictured and had all of the amenities mentioned, plus some free extras such as cold drinks and individual toiletries that was a lovely touch. As mentioned by another reviewer, if you are after a quiet area this one may not be right for you as there is a lot of street noise, day and night. The proximity to the bus was excellent and also close enough to London Tower and Borough Markets if you like a walk. Sean was super responsive and proactive with communication. Very happy with our stay of 11 nights.

Theodoros was a lovely host, super responsive and kind. His place is gorgeous!The location is really good, with many close by grocery shops and bus stops, tube station is just 10 mins walk. We should definitely go back to his place!

Me and my friend had a lovely time staying here. It was a proper home from home which was needed after a weekend around London. The location is great with lots of shops and restaurants down the road. It was surprisingly quiet and we couldn’t hear any traffic or noise. Nick was a perfect host with detailed instructions and was great at communicating and checking everything was ok.

Rachel’s place is so beautifully decorated and has everything you could need plus some extra touches to make you feel welcome. It was a great place to relax after a long day of walking around the city. Thanks again for a great stay!

The flat is located in good location for touring London and Hip is very friendly in giving local area advices! We had a bit trouble getting in but Hip responded quickly despise it was already past 9pm! The flat is quite cozy. The only downside is no lift with two suitcases, which has been stated in the info. All and all, would recommend!

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Laura and Ralph’s place is the definition of perfect London neighborhood home. Tastefully decorated and well appointed, this condo has it all. Laura welcomed us with a nice note and decorations as we were welcomed for our anniversary trip. There were notes on everything we needed, as well as an abundance of home items for our use. Laura helped us get into the condo in the later evening hours and provided pictures to help us check-in. She checked in throughout our trip to let us know we had the opportunity to check out late if we needed, which I found to be quite lovely. The only thing to note, and it’s not a negative for the host at all, but the bed listing is as a king bed. As an American, our king size beds are a much larger size than the UK king size mattress. The UK king is more the dimensions of an American Queen. This was my fault for not recognizing there was a difference. We managed on the Queen size just fine.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and the main reason was Tessa. She was friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome in her home. And the apartment was lovely -- it's her own place, which means it's cozy and homey, not sterile and pristine like a hotel. There are books on the shelves, items in the kitchen cupboards and a bicycle in the front hall. Everything was clean, the heating worked perfectly (a blessing in 4-degree weather!), the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. I don't know London that well, so I can't speak to the location, but there are plenty of bus stops and metro stations nearby, and my friend and I easily traveled around the city. In terms of the area/neighborhood, it's not exactly picturesque, but I didn't dock any stars because that's hardly the hostess' fault. I just thought I would mention it, although I had absolutely no problem with it. I definitely recommend this place.

My son and his friend stayed at the London flat. First time visiting London. Omar was very responsive and made things very easy. I would recommend anyone coming to London to give him a shout. The flat was clean and looked just like the pictures. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay
