Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Sauna in the house for all guests. 4 parking spaces.

The duplex consists of the captain's house, the apartment's captain's terrace and captain's lake view. It is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Fleesensee. You can park up to four vehicles on the property. The enclosed property has an area of about 500 m². There you will find a sunbathing lawn, a hot tub and 2 spacious terraces for a relaxing vacation.

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.
