Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.

An apartment to relax in. The pleasant colors and the special architectural construction are unique. Verner Panton, Fritz Hansen, Eames, USM Haller and Marazzi tiles... those who appreciate good design will feel comfortable here. Classics from the 50s-70s mixed with antique and simple furniture make life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation a pleasure. The shared use of our old garden with fireplace completes this offer.
