We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

It is in close proximity to Rockingham/Pinehurst/Cheraw/Laurinburg for your golf, disc golf, shopping, work and racing at "The Rock" interests. The studio apartment is located in a 1950s home that has been split into three separate apartments. Each apartment has its own private kitchen, private entrance and exit.

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

Burchs Carriage House

Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided. BBQ grill also. 2 stalls with paddocks. 12 x 12 and 10 x 12. Rooms are as they would be at your own home, separate from each other. See photo 13.

Our duplex is in the heart of our little town of Cheraw and located in the beautiful historic district. A great neighborhood where families live, neighbors look out for each other, & downtown is within walking distance. Several great family owned restaurants, antiques stores, a gym, and shops in the downtown area. You will see lots of locals walking the street with their dogs and I personally think 3rd Street is the most beautiful street in our town!

This little gem is sure to make you feel at home! Our Barefoot Bungalow sits on a quiet residential street just 3 minutes from downtown Hartsville. The beds are comfortable, the couch is just waiting for you to settle in, and the kitchen was set up by two people who LOVE to cook. There's even an outdoor space to have a quick meal or enjoy the cool of the evening. This is my little dream cottage and I am so happy to be able to share it with you!
