Die neue Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive eines Kühlschranks mit Gefrierfach, perfekt für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte. Ein großer Garten steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage herzlich willkommen. Es können zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen.

Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Guest in a shared space

Autumn is finally here! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp cheerfully and the forest lake calls the hardened to the morning bath (12 min walk). You will sit on the terrace all day, make a campfire and chill – and heat up the sauna in the evening! When it gets cold, you can heat up the kitchen stove and make yourself comfortable. Since the civilization is far away, go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

The vacation home is located in a natural garden, with a small "beach" and natural pond, on Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.

It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.

The four of you get a lot in our 106 sqm duplex oasis. In addition to two separate bedrooms, you have a lot of space in the open living area with sofa, dining area and fireplace.
