Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Waldeck

The place was as described, a little cool due to the basement location, but since it was hot anyway, it was good. The amenities were absolutely sufficient, the check-in went quickly and I was personally shown the parking lot and the accommodation.

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

The whole stay was great. Place was as described. With two people, the apartment would have been too cramped for me personally, but completely sufficient as a solo traveler.

A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. Check-in worked wonderfully, communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

This was the perfect house for our family trip (with 3 generations). Very nice amenities. The location couldn't have been better for us. We definitely recommend the accommodation and the very friendly hosts. Kind regards again to the beautiful Edersee :-)

We had a very nice stay at Oda in the small apartment. Everything necessary was available and everything was already set up for our dog. On request, we were able to use bicycles on site, with which we rode to Kassel city center. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. Thank you, Oda!

I am happy to recommend the Auszeithaus! We had a lovely weekend in Kleinern. In the charming and idyllically located half-timbered house, you feel at home. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished.

Everything great! Have been there twice, we feel at home! Totally nicely furnished, super clean and many everyday things available (Q-tips, shower gel, cotton pads, tampons, body lotion and much more). Absolutely recommended :)

Very friendly, quiet hosts who greet their guests in person, great! The apartment is really very spacious. Someone who wants to enjoy absolute peace is in the best hands at this place... not quite true, once a day the church bell rings at 7:00 am :-)

We felt very comfortable at the family reunion in the courtyard. The apartment is wonderfully quiet and has a very nicely designed garden and outdoor area. You can go for walks and hikes directly on site. The surroundings of Wolfhagen offer very good excursion possibilities with Kassel, the Edersee and many culturally interesting towns. Annette and her husband were always available for questions and even offered us a parking space in the barn to protect us from hail in the event of a thunderstorm. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was great! The beds were very cozy and the use of the wellness area was definitely a highlight.

Hildegard's apartment has everything you need. Many AirBnB kitchens are very spartan. Everything is available here. Accommodation for 6 was not an issue, we had it very cozy. We all liked the location extremely well. The view of the magnificent Kornfeld was always a real joy. Because of the not so great weather, we didn't make great excursions, but that wasn't necessary at all. The surrounding area is nice for walks. And the beautiful farm meat and the farm cafe are nice points of contact in the village. Clear recommendation if you want to live really nicely in the countryside and are looking for a well-equipped apartment.

We immediately felt at home in Elke's accommodation. Right upon arrival, Elke warmly welcomed us to the key handover. The place was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. Out of the window you can see and hear a small stream that provides an idyllic setting. Simply a place of well-being. There is no cell phone reception here, but the WiFi was very stable. We were completely happy with our stay. We'll gladly come back :)

We stayed in Tanya's accommodation for 4 days and felt comfortable right from the start. Check-in was very easy. The place is very nicely decorated and well maintained. Everything fits the pictures. The view from the terrace into the valley was beautiful. From there, you have many opportunities to hike or explore cities like Kassel, which were a short drive away. Tanja has been a super lovely host and we can recommend her as well as the accommodation 100%.

The place met all our expectations. We were warmly welcomed, the apartment was excellent in all respects. In particular, the quiet and natural location of the beautiful half-timbered house was very accommodating to us. And yet the center of the city of Kassel is very quick to reach - also by public transport. The 4 nights convinced us to definitely book Moritz's apartment again. Thanks for the hospitality!! Check-in was completely straightforward via key safe. The contact with the host was very friendly. Everything was explained superbly. We came into the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. Nothing was really missing in this apartment. You could easily have spent 2 weeks or more here. Everything was super clean. We slept very well in the bed and would love to come back at any time.

We were in this wonderful Airbnb for the second time and relaxed nicely, enjoyed the view of Hercules, enjoyed the loving address of the hostess, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and slept very well. We'll be back for sure! Kassel is a great city. And the apartment invites you to linger.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful setting. It is very clean and we lacked nothing for such a stay. Shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car and the possibilities for the children are sufficient. The Spielberg was the reason for our stay, it is great and if the weather deems it necessary, you have swimming pools nearby.

Stay for 1 night with the family. Everything worked out great and we felt very comfortable.
