Vacation rentals with a pool in Wakulla County

My family and I loved the location. Far enough from the “touristy” areas but close enough we could make a short drive to town to enjoy shops and restaurants. House was very clean and enjoyable. The pool area was perfect when we wanted to take a break from the sand.

Emil was very helpful as we left our home in Tampa and were looking for a place to take cover during hurricane Milton.

The place is cute and clean. Easy access to everything in the area. one thing we would bring next time would be a good kitchen knife if you plan to do your own cooking. the coded gate makes the site feel very safe as well. the pool and tennis court are a nice amenity to have access to.

House is great, beautiful views all day! The dock is not usable for boats to dock, no easy access to go boating had to launch everyday. It’s good for dock fishing and sitting at. Upstairs bedrooms were cold and comfortable beds! Downstairs was nice and perfect for a multi family stay, there was an issue with bugs downstairs. Great open family room where everyone can hang out. Clean kitchen. Wrap around deck upstairs. Had issues with garbage and had to make multiple phone calls to get it picked up and it brought rats. Easy drive to Apalachicola. We enjoyed our 4 nights.

This was definitely one property that met the description and pictures. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The area is a small coastal community set up for boating and fishing, but within driving distance to St. George Island and Mexico Beach for different water activities. Absolutely enjoyed our stay, great restaurants close by with fresh seafood on each menu. Would highly recommend this place to rest and recharge. (I would bring my own pillow though if you prefer a down filled one)

Torn writing this 5 star review — it’s so perfect we almost don’t want to share, just to keep it all to ourselves. In all seriousness, our stay was amazing! Growing up in Alabama, we always went to places like PCB & 30A. But, we were looking for something a little bit different. We found this place never having stayed on the Forgotten Coast. What we found was a different pace than our traditional beach vacation. A lot quieter & less touristy than places like PCB or 30A. The property had everything you could want for a getaway with family & friends. Spacious kitchen for cooking, comfy living room, & large bedrooms that could easily sleep 10 people. Local restaurants in Carabelle & Panacea are roughly 10-20 minutes away depending on where you go. The amenities for the property were great too. My father-in-law took advantage of the kayaks everyday, we cooked in a few nights on the grill, we even used the fire pit to make s'mores for dessert. The pool & beach were a short walk away.

4 years ago began the start of our annual family vacations, 3 years ago we welcomed our newest family member into the world, we have learned to see the world thru his eyes, on his spectrum, which leads us to very tough decisions when it comes to finding the right home to vacation. We knew after speaking to our AMAZING hosts Robert and Courtney that we had found our family home away from home. We made amazing memories as well as hit the challenge of Hurricane Debby in which was safely executed with the upmost professionalism. The communication and response times were impeccable! It was a pleasure to have the ability to shake hands and personally say thank you. We made some of the most AMAZING memories, got much needed relaxation and enjoyed the recommended fishing charter with Cpt. Tanner. We look forward to our next family vacation. The Matthews Family

We had such a great girls weekend here! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was so peaceful and just steps away from the beach, which made it so easy to just relax and unwind. The host was amazing, very quick to respond and really easy to communicate with. She let us check in as early as we wanted the day of our stay, which is so rare! We just had the best time. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful property, VERY clean condo! Quiet and relaxing location. Loved the multiple balconies to have coffee at sunrise on. Would stay again for sure. We were sad to find out there was no fishing allowed on the docks by the condos, so you have to leave to do any fishing... otherwise amazing (:

This was our second year, it's perfect for us and super relaxing. Will definitely come back.

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.

Nice place. quiet. Not much to do in town. good location with nice view of the river. the extra fees charges are expensive.

Kira was very nice and responsive. The 3 bedroom/3 bath condo was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone and even the beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

This was a great place with nice quiet neighbors and good privacy. The place was well kept, clean, and well decorated and stocked. I had all necessary utensils, pots and pans to cook as well. The host was very prompt in responses and pleasant to communicate with. Whatever brand that chair is in the living room - it's the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in and I need the brand name so I can get one! It is on the smaller side - this is not a negative though, and I was aware of the size before I booked, it is just something to consider before you book. If you have multiple kids like me it might feel a little crowded at times. I definitely CAN recommend this place and would have no issues booking here again!
