We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Boston and Salem location, 3-story condo in two-unit building with its own entrance. Kitchen is brand-new, with a large bar area and all the appliances. One bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the main 2nd level. Two bedrooms upstairs, with one King bed and one Queen bed. It is located within walking distance to the Wakefield commuter rail with trains running into downtown Boston. Also, adjacent to a walkable park around a stunning lake, and a small downtown with stores and restaurants.

This is a private in-law apartment in the basement of the home. Full Kitchen/living room combination, full bath and 1 bedroom with private entrance. Close to Routes 93 and 128 and 95. 15-45 minute drive to Boston depending on the traffic and time of day. Convenient to grocery stores and shopping plaza, casino.
