This was my first time I booked Airbnb. And Ananya being the host was the best! She is so responsive. Whenever I got any doubt she helped me right there. She also takes care whether we are comfortable or not. The place is so neat and clean. We feel like home here. The vibe , the surrounding everything is top notch. We had a fantastic stay at Excellence home stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Mr. Pandurang was responsive, friendly, and made sure we felt at home. We will highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Akshay was a great host, he is responsive, accommodative and available. I did not get to spend a lot of time at his place since I was mostly out for work but you get what you see and what you paid for. For a solo traveller this is a very economical and comfortable choice, the location is bit interior but then it's peaceful once you are in. There was some feedback and Akshay owned upto it which is much appreciated, if you have some business in Kharadi and Wadgoan sheri and if your need is just to have a safe and comfortable place to crash and relax this is the place to be, there is secured parking for 2 wheelers and society is peaceful, there is daily housekeeping and the view from the balcony is best. Thank you Akshay for hosting me I will defenetely come back again.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

We felt right at home and safe. While we had booked the place only for a day, we extended our stay by 2 days considering the environment and calm around the location. All basic amenities were also in place. Satish sir helped us beyond what we requested and he sure is a great host.

Had a very nice stay, host was very welcoming, check in and out was flexible, host helped a lot in parking and he even let me borrow his vehicle for some shopping. A very good experience

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and aesthetic villa. The scenic, photogenic views made it a perfect spot for a small gathering or get-together. The peaceful surroundings and charming atmosphere were especially enjoyable during the monsoon season. The caretaker and host were very helpful and accommodating—we even enjoyed chai and pakode prepared by the caretaker, which added a lovely personal touch. There were no issues with playing music, which made our time even more enjoyable. While the location is a bit challenging to reach and slightly pricey for a one-bedroom setup, the overall experience was truly worthwhile.

It is the second time we stayed here this year [2025]. Perfect apartment, nice area. The apartment has everything we need and is close to shops and restaurants. If you gonna stay in Pune, stay here. We recommend this apartment. Responsive and service minded hosts. You can't go wrong with booking this place. We stayed 14 days both times, but you can stay longer or shorter. Enjoy your stay.

Me and my friends stayed at this place over the weekend and had a great time! The host was super sweet and helpful. The space is really cozy and beautifully done, and the balcony view was amazing. Only thing was that Blinkit and Zepto didn’t deliver there, but everything else was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect with plenty of good food options nearby, and ordering from Zomato or Instamart was super easy and quick. The highlight of the property is definitely the open terrace which has such a great vibe, perfect for relaxing or spending quiet time. ❤️ The host, Parajsi, was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any queries, which made the stay smooth and worry free. 🙌🏻 The place itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and vibrant place. ✨
