Das Haus bietet auf ca. 36 qm Platz für zwei Personen. Durch das offene Wohnkonzept hat man von überall einen sagenhaften Ausblick in die Natur, nur das Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Wohn- Schlafzimmer betritt man die Terrasse. Rursee, Hohe Venn und Monschau. Preis inkl. 5% Eifeler Übernachtungspauschale.

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Ferienhaus mit ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt von Nideggen. Zwischen Marktplatz und Burg, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Nideggen mit seinen schönen Cafés und Restaurants, wo sicher für jeden etwas dabei ist. Bis zur Burg sind es ca. 100 m. Von unserem Haus können Sie ebenfalls wunderbare Wanderungen in die nähere Umgebung wie das Rurtal oder die Kletterfelsen starten.

The Walkoti is a cosy cottage for 4 people located in the center of the village of Walk. The 3 "épis" cottage is a completely renovated farmer stable, 500 m from the dam and the Robertville lake. The cottage is composed of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. We also have the necessary equipment for a baby (cot, high chair, baby bath , etc ...).

We occupy an independent and isolated extension of the house, allowing you to feel alone and at home. You'll have access to a fully independent, self-contained, and equipped space just for you.
