Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Wahiba Sands

We had a very good time (7 days) in this typical Oman house. It is really a big house with many living- and sleepingrooms. With a car it is possible to see all the important attractions around Nizwa. You can cook big meals in the kitchen after shopping in several supermarkets in Nizwa. Our host was very friendly and helpfull and the communication with him and his family was excellent. We can recommend this accommodation!

Für uns super gelegen, um Ausflüge zu starten oder auch Stille zu genießen. Saif ist ein super Gastgeber, er hat uns eine Tour in die Wüste organisiert und wir wurden sogar bekocht. Wir kommen wieder, versprochen.

Très bel emplacement pour ce logement hyper spacieux et plus joli en vrai qu' en photo. Nous voulions voir les tortues or ce n etait pas la saison, elles n étaient donc pas au rdv ce matin. Les points à améliorer : un wifi qui fonctionne vraiment, un lit qui ne grince pas et quelques bols amélioraient considérablement l'expérience. Sinon c était top et nous avons sympathisé avec les chats du quartiers qui sont trop mignons dont une maman chat avec ses trois petits ❤️

L’alloggio da Badar è stato ottimo, lui è stato gentilissimo e la casa era davvero molto pulita. Le foto rispecchiano pienamente la realtà, il paesaggio attorno è stupendo e regna la pace. Abbiamo scelto di fare una grigliata nella veranda e Badar ci ha anche aiutato a preparare il barbecue. Ottima scelta se passate da qui.

Nous avons passé 2 belles journées dans son logement. l'endroit est impeccable! La piscine est chouette bien que trop petite et l'eau trop chaude ( les enfants ont quand même adoré). il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et le supermarché est à 5min en voiture. L'espace extérieur est top! Tout se fait à distance, donc nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte de tout le séjour... Un peu dommage car on aime rencontrer les gens :-)

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

What a beautiful property and was exactly what was promised to us with the videos and the pictures. Brother Arif the host was personally welcoming and also provided us some great welcome drinks and sweets. The caretaker Shareef was also par excellence and very responsive and helpful. 100 recommended if you are looking for a peaceful family getaway with kids

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown (SUR).

Magnifique chalet spacieux ,très moderne, très propre. Cadre exceptionnel avec vue sur le désert.( nature à proximité avec chameaux et chèvres) Logement très bien équipé . Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et avons même eu en fin de journée un très beau plateau avec thé, café omanais, dattes, halwa, melon frais amené très chaleureusement ! Hôte très bienveillant ! A recommander+++

The stay was beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and all the listed amenities were provided. The location is close to the beach, which is a great plus, but it can be a bit tricky to find as Google Maps doesn’t work well in the area. However, the host was very responsive and helpful in guiding us to the place. Overall, a great experience, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful beachside stay!
