Equipped with Wi-Fi (Starlink), 65-inch OLED TV, air conditioning, gas grill and hot tub (optional €75 surcharge). Furniture and mattresses are as good as new (optional bedding & towels €10/person) - Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The house and the secluded garden are exclusively at your disposal. Parking is right at the property.

In our animal-free non-smoking settlement house we rent the ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, conservatory and bathroom incl. towels. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible because the house can only be reached via stairs. Behind the house there is a small terrace available to our guests. Our house is unfortunately not suitable for young children. The price is for 4 people per night. You can park on the street without any problems.

The apartment is in the old building and was completely renovated as an apartment in 2023. There are 2 double beds as well as a large comfortable sofa bed. Beds will be made and towels provided depending on the number of guests. Parking is right by the building.

The basement apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in August 2023. Due to the basement location, it remains pleasantly cool in the summer months and insulated warm in the winter months.
