You can sleep a total of four people comfortably with a couch futon that expands into two twin-sized beds.

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Enjoy your stay in our cozy, modern studio at a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and modern accents. You will feel right at home. Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Lovely, private townhome, completely renovated, close and convenient location to all amenities in Tallahassee. No stairs, with easy access. Private parking for 2 cars. As the owner of a commercial cleaning corporation, we have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. There is no catering/commercial food prep allowed from this unit, as it will overwhelm the space. No violations tolerated.

We are close to everything. Downtown. Midtown. FSU & FAMU are 4 miles away. Cascades Park. TMH and Capital Hospital. Comfortable and just right for all your traveling needs. Full kitchen with a large refrigerator. Small fenced in back yard. Full size washer and dryer. Neighbor is affiliated with the owner and can assist with questions or an emergency. Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio.
