Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful pond nearby. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet-friendly accommodation.

Beautifully renovated house, spacious and amazingly designed. Two toilets, a big plus for us ,girls wise''. Everything was clean and scented. My friends and I appreciated the privacy and quiet environment. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Great communication. We'll be sure to come back and recommend 😊

It is a great base to stay to explore the Palava region. The house has everything multiple families or a large group of people need. We especially enjoyed the bottom terrasse and the common room where we could spend our evenings together. There are multiple wine cellars within 5 minutes walking as well as a grocery store bit further away. The whole village is in beautiful countryside, so just walking in the vineyards is an unforgettable experience. Margit has been accommodating and responsive, so I can warmly recommend this listing for a large family or a group of friends.

We had a relaxing and peaceful stay and enjoyed using the pool. The garden is very beautiful.

Overall amazing experience. We will definitely visit this BnB again. Great surroundings, right above us there was the Mikulov castle and the appartmet it self was like from a fairytale.

Very good experience overall. The pool was a bit small and dirty. But there were cleaning equipment for it, so I just cleaned it myself.

I very much enjoyed staying in the house, which had a convenient location for our vacation and beautiful nature surrounding the area. Easy parking was available for a bigger car. We enjoyed the backyard at the house, as well as Petra's responsiveness and recommendations for routes to walk in the area with our dogs.

The cottage is really huge, there is everything we needed - parking, towels, linens, dishes, appliances, board games, books, spices, wifi... Idéal for larger groups and playing hide and seek!

I would love to give more than 5 stars! It all worked out, from communication to stay and check-out. Marek was always available and very accommodating and answered all questions in detail and immediately. The accommodation is exactly as described and a 10-minute walk away are beautiful ruins with an enchanting view, perfect for watching the sunset from there. We had a very great time and would come back any time.

Very beautiful house and a great host! Communicating with Josef was very easy and we could call him with every problem. The place had lots of decorative details and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Our only problem were there streets we had to use to visit Vila Martina. The last minutes of the drive you have to use kind of a dirt road with lot of holes. We aren't used to this kind of roads But after the first time it's ok. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying at Vila Martina!

Staying in a caravan is a dream come true for anyone looking for peace, nature and disconnection from technology. It was an amazing restart for me and a connection with nature. Thank you. Mrs. Barča is very pleasant, she explained everything to me and in case of any event she was available on the mobile or physically within the ranch (but nothing happened :)). I stayed at Žaneta's place for one night with my dog on our way back from a work trip in Warsaw. With the garden - and being lucky with the weather - the place was exactly what we needed to dial down and relax after a few busy days in the big city. Žaneta and her husband Petr made sure I found the place alright and everything was set up to easily get into the house. The place has everything you need and we were refreshed and ready to continue our homewards travels the next day.
