A beautiful view of Cologne from the 27th floor

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ALDI, LIDL, Netto & Trinkgut sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zentrum Bergheims erreicht ihr nach ca. 10 - 15 Minuten Fußweg. Hier befinden sich Restaurants, Kaufland, DM, Post und viele weitere Geschäfte.

Our House: ruim 200m2 woonplezier Rustig gelegen woonhuis aan de rand van Sevenig. Slechts 3 km van het drielandenpunt met Luxemburg en België aan het prachtige Ourdal.
