Private penthouse with large U-shaped sun terrace. Sea and mountain views! You are literally somewhat "above it all," with privacy and tranquility, yet in the middle of village life. 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, shower room & large terrace with pergola. The Atico is its own building on the roof of a beautiful villa. Access via separate external stairs. Stylishly furnished. Ideal for 3 people, 4 people easily possible. The special thing about this accommodation is the private and personal seclusion, although you are in the middle of the Bario. It's like an eagle's nest with a wide panoramic view. In the sunshine (almost always), the large sun terrace expands the living room & breakfast and is happy to be relaxed under the open air. The entire Atico / penthouse is at guests' disposal, in addition the large terrace and the small laundry house with its own washing machine on the terrace. You are very undisturbed and have a lot of privacy. Since I am abroad myself (so not on site), it may be that the key is accommodated in the key safe to receive. A contact person is always on site if needed. Optionally, up to max. 4 bikes that are otherwise quite expensive in the rental at the bike shop. From approx. April 24, a house will be built on the neighboring property and, depending on the construction phase, there may be typical disturbances such as noise.

Casita Aurelia is located in the historic village of La Calera, Valle Gran Rey. Enjoy extensive ocean views and a tranquil garden terrace with papaya and frangipani trees. Three beautiful beaches are within a 10-15 minute walk passing by banana and vegetable gardens. Shop at the local organic farm or eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the Valle. The house is a 5 minute walk up from public parking. It is well equipped for a wonderful stay. Not suitable for toddlers no wheelchair access.

This vacation home is located in a quiet part of Valle Gran Rey in Borbalán, from where the sea can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. Around the corner is the post office and about a hundred meters further a large supermarket, the pharmacy as well as several cafes and other shops. The house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends, as it has three small apartments that can accommodate a total of 6 adults and up to 4 children.

The beautiful beaches of Valle Gran Rey are only a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.

The master bedroom has a 150 cm bed. A bunk room has 2 full size beds & ample storage, but very narrow. A shower and toilet and separate basin next to the bedroom. A dressing room with cupboards.
