The air conditioned house has all living areas upstairs, whilst the modern kitchen and bathroom are downstairs via external stairs so may not be suitable for those less mobile.

From here you will reach any point on the central street within 3 to 10 minutes (Sumi Square-Hristo Botev Square). There is a big supermarket and small shops nearby. Parking is free, on the street in front of the block. The apartment is perfect both for a family trip and for leisure or remote work. Upon prior request, we can provide a baby cot.
