During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Amazing accommodation! Felt at home. Best place to stay as a family or group of friends. The host was super welcoming that they came for picking us up in the train station and drove us to the accommodation. Thoughtfully planned bubbles for children to play in the garden. Great kitchen if you love cooking. After a long time I found an AirBNB that has fully equipped kitchen. The host was super friendly in sharing suggestions and tips!

Wonderfully located in the city area of the old town of Kufstein... close to the train station... those who come by car can use the house parking area below... and then enjoy the beautiful old town, the landscape and wonderful mountains on foot or by public bus.
