National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of Deventer's oldest houses? In my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621) there is fortunately much of the history in tact; the high front room, the low old ribs on the 1st floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is on a quiet street a stone's throw from the IJssel and the best restaurants Deventer owns.

Due to the electric fireplace and underfloor heating, the house is also very suitable for the winter period.

Welcome to our idyllic IJsselhoeve. Here, in the middle of the Salland countryside, we have converted our former young cattle stable into 2 rural rooms. The name Het Stenenkruis is inspired by the Stenenkruis van de Eikelhof, a monument that has stood on our property for generations and proudly tells the story of our region. On our terrace you can enjoy the view of our meadows, while our curious cows keep you company all day long.

You are also welcome here with your four-legged friend (there are several dog-free walking areas nearby). You can park your car for free in front of the door. Wonderful place to discover the beautiful city center of Deventer!

The large garden (1500m2) on the south is a natural oasis of peace and the trampoline and playhouse are ready for the children. The Hanseatic city of Deventer is 10 minutes by car from Terwolde.

Very nice house in the center of Deventer in a quiet place and we can put a folding bed in the living room on the 1st floor. It is fully furnished with free wifi, towels, bedding etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is a city view protected property. Ideal house for a long stay of months for example expats for 1 or 2 persons.
