Πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος, καλύτερος από τις φωτογραφίες. Βρίσκεται πάνω στην παραλία, σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή που απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά από την πόλη του Βόλου με πολύ καλό δρόμο. Ο Μάνος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.

Ο κ. Στέργιος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και ευδιάθετος, πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Το σπίτι ήταν φανταστικό και πεντακάθαρο. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Όποιος δεν έχει επισκεφθεί ακόμη την πόλη του Βόλου και τα χωριά του Πηλίου, χάνει! Η πόλη, πανέμορφη κι εύκολη στο να κινηθεί κάποιος και απλά έχει τα πάντα. Τσιπουράδικα, ταβερνούλες, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, bars & clubs. Συνδυάζει θάλασσα και βουνό με πανέμορφες εικόνες που σού γεμίζουν τις μπαταρίες ως την επόμενη εξόρμηση! Όσο για το διαμέρισμα, είναι super και θα έβαζα κι άλλα 5 αστέρια***** αν ήταν διαθέσιμα! Πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις για την διαμονή κάθε επισκέπτη, με εύκολη πρόσβαση, θέση πάρκινγκ πάντα διαθέσιμη, και σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ο οικοδεσπότης πάντα διαθέσιμος σε ό,τι του ζητήθηκε, και πάντα με ένα όμορφο χαμόγελο έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει και να βοηθήσει. Με μία λέξη: άψογος!

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

περασαμε ενα 3ημερο στο βολο πανεμορφο,το σπιτι της κωσταντινας ηταν τελειο καθαρο ζεστο οτι πρεπει για μια οικογενεια με παιδια.

Perfect stay at Parkside Volos! The apartment was stylish, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed—including a great espresso machine to start the mornings. The location made it easy to explore the city, and having a private parking space was a huge bonus. Stamatia was a wonderful host—super responsive and welcoming.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα ! Πεντακάθαρος χώρος και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση! Όμορφο περιβάλλον. Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά !

Όλα άψογα και όπως ακριβώς τα περιγράφει ο κύριος Νίκος.Μπορεις να το επιλέξεις για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αλλά και χειμερινούς μήνες μιας και είναι ολα κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το σπίτι είναι ζεστό με τζάκι ,a/c και πάντα με ζεστά νερά.

As my family and parents-in-law said, this was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. The house is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of the gulf. It is a very spacious and luxurious house with all amenities, even suitable for a long stay. Volos is just 15 minutes by car, so we visited the city almost daily for the bars and restaurants, but there were also some great options in the village next to the house (just 5 minutes by car). Finally, Yiannis is a fantastic gentleman—responsive, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

The house was decorated very well, and felt right at home. Everything was as clean as it gets and looked exactly like the listing. There is a park nearby that adds a peaceful sense. Ekaterina was very friendly & responsive, and was keen on making us feel comfortable.

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. I whole heartedly recommend Yanis as a host for your stay in Makrinitza Village. His kindness, generosity, and the quality of his property will make your trip to Greece Unforgettable experience. The house is still the perfect Airbnb for family’s in Volos! It is perfectly located, u have everything you need (and much more) and we really loved it to be there again! It is super clean, your kids will find so much toys to play with and for the rest of the family is also everything you need. We definitely recommend this beautiful house! Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δυάρι με μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα, δεύτερου ορόφου δύο βήματα από την παραλία. Το σπίτι δεν είναι πολύ μεγάλο, αλλά είναι επαρκές για ένα ζευγάρι με ένα μωρό ή παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για όσους ψάχνουν χαλαρές διακοπές με εύκολη πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Το σπίτι ήταν ιδανικό, απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Η διαμονή μας στο Airbnb ήταν εξαιρετική! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν.Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και πάντα διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε εδώ στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην Πορταριά! Αν θες να προσθέσω κάτι πιο προσωπικό ή συγκεκριμένο, πες μου!

Ήταν όμορφα.

Μείναμε για δύο βράδια στο Panoramic Sunset Luxury Apartment και εντυπωσιαστήκαμε! Το διαμέρισμα είναι τεράστιο με δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια και δύο ολοκαίνουρια μπάνια και προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα στον Παγασητικό που κόβει την ανάσα, ειδικά στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και μοσχοβολούσαν καινούργια. Η μίνιμαλ διακόσμηση, το απίστευτης ποιότητας στρώμα και το αθόρυβο κλιματιστικό ήταν υπέροχα! Επίσης είχε γρήγορο Wi-Fi! Από το σαλόνι και κουζίνα μπορείς και απολαμβάνεις την θέα, ακόμη και απο τον καναπέ! Η Χρύσα είχε φροντίσει κάθε λεπτομέρεια: κάψουλες Nespresso, εμφιαλωμένο νερό και κρασί, σνάκς μας περίμεναν κατά την άφιξη! Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική: σε 2-3 λεπτά περπατάς στα φημισμένα τσιπουράδικα του Βόλου και επίσης πολύ βολικό είναι το γεγονός οτι προσφέρεται δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ! Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν απίστευτη! Απαντούσε αμέσως και μας έστειλε βήμα-βήμα οδηγίες. Αν ψάχνετε πολυτελή διαμονή με εκπληκτική θέα, άψογη καθαριότητα και κορυφαί

Wonderful experience. We came for a wedding and the stay was easy and relaxing during our time. This was also a perfect spot to get around the city.
