Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

This small, newly renovated and modern apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Bad Fallingbostel. From here, well-known amusement parks such as Heide Park - Soltau, Serengeti - Park Hodenhagen or the World Bird - Park Walsrode can be reached quickly and easily by car. The cities of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen are easily accessible by car, but also by train. The heart of our Lüneburg Heath is the beautiful old town of Lüneburg and is always worth a visit.

"Dien Uttied" stands for a special time out in nature, away from everyday stress and city noise. In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your time out! The newly built 2025 trailer has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to spend cozy hours in any weather, while you let your gaze wander through the panoramic window.

Living on an old farm

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

From here you can drive to Hamburg and Heidepark in 30 minutes, or you can visit the Büsenbachtal, hike the Heidschnuckenweg, and discover the Nordheide hotspots and hiking trails around the corner. My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
