In the landmarked house right in the center is the stylish little apartment "Der Beamte." The official lives in a living/bedroom with double bed, dining table, desk & TV on the first floor. In the back, he lingers in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. The official likes it a little stuffy, sits at the desk from 8-9 am & writes postcards, then drops the pen & likes to try the culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to our little paradise between the seas in the beautiful resort of Viöl. Our Küstenland apartment has about 80 sqm and is barrier-free, ideal for 2 people. It consists of a cozy living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. The apartment is surrounded by greenery without direct neighbors in the middle of meadows and fields, in a very quiet location.

There is space for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a climbing tower and a soccer goal available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car.
