The apartment consists of a very well-equipped kitchenette/dining area and a separate bedroom, with 1 comfortable bed (160×200cm) + 1 bathroom/wc. We hope you will be seduced by the volumes and spaces of Domaine Pechuber. The house and its park call for good times shared with family or friends, and also allow you to isolate yourself and take time for yourself. A large inner courtyard, partly protected by a courtyard, is ideal for outdoor dining. The swimming pool and fenced park of more than 20,000m², composed of meadows and forests, are at the free (and unique) disposal of the occupants, large and small.

Swimming pool of 14m X 7m shared with us and open from May to September (not heated). Fenced property with free-range chickens and sheep. Ideally located in a quiet area, you will be a few minutes walk to the village of Vinezac. Close to the "Via Ardèche": large bike path of southern Ardèche, a shopping center (bakery/local products/vegetables/wine cellar) The stone house with a renovated interior has a covered terrace, garden and private pool not overlooked, in the heart of an olive grove. This place is perfect for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Come and discover Ardèche! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. For 4 people, located in a pretty village of character 30 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Small outbuilding adjoining our house, the entrance is independent with a gate and small secure parking. Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
