The upstairs has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. The basement comes with theater room, bar area, sleeper sofas, and full bath. A large bedroom w/ 2 full beds and another full bath completes the bottom floor. Fire pit area!

It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. Enjoy a private entrance on the lower level with a large flat yard and dock while you stay at this well appointed apartment. The apartment was occupied full time for 3 years. Full kitchen, large porch for outdoor dining, master suite on main level. Beds: 1 California king, 2 queens, 3 fulls, 1 twin. Baths: 1 full, a jack and jill (2 toilets & 2 sinks, one shower), and 1 half bath. Pool is open mid-April through mid-October, depending on weather.
