Lakefront Apartment on Lake Logan Martin

This basement apartment is on the Pell City side of the lake close to the dam. It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. Enjoy a private entrance on the lower level with a large flat yard and dock while you stay at this well appointed apartment. The apartment was occupied full time for 3 years. Mountain Cheaha State Park 25 minutes and what a beautiful view in the fall!! Great motorcycle ride up the mountain as well. Talladega National Forest 15 minutes. some of the best bicycle trails.
