Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. The holiday apartment 'Auszeit' is located in Niederviehbach and is ideal for a relaxing stay. The 63 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dryer, books, games, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. You can borrow an iron, ironing board, barbecue, and fire pit.

Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. With us live many chickens, bees and our two Labrador Mädls Caro and Maya who roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.
